Terms of Service

1. Acceptable Use of Automation

ReviewGlide is designed for genuine service providers. Automated review requests must only be triggered following legitimate commercial interactions. Fraudulent job entries or system manipulation for artificial reputation inflation is strictly prohibited.

2. SMS Compliance & Communication Policies

Professionals utilizing the ReviewGlide platform take full responsibility for ensuring they have the legal right to contact their customers. ReviewGlide provides the infrastructure (SMS/WhatsApp Relay), but the professional is the legal "sender" of the initial request.

Fair Use & Volume Limits: ReviewGlide monitors all outbound SMS traffic. Any attempt to upload mass legacy customer lists and trigger bulk SMS blasts that violate carrier trust limits will result in immediate API throttling or account termination.

3. Billing, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Access to ReviewGlide requires an active subscription. All subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis.

Refund Policy: All subscription payments are strictly non-refundable. If a scheduled payment fails, ReviewGlide reserves the right to immediately suspend all outbound SMS routing and platform access until the account balance is settled.

4. Neutral Utility Proxy & Anti-Gatekeeping Policy

ReviewGlide operates strictly as a "Neutral Utility Proxy." In absolute accordance with the Terms of Service of third-party platforms (including but not limited to Google Maps, Yelp, and Trustpilot), ReviewGlide strictly prohibits the practice of "Review Gating."

Non-Suppression Guarantee: ReviewGlide does not filter, alter, gate, or suppress consumer feedback. While our "Safety Valve Logic" may offer displeased customers a direct, private communication channel to the Professional for immediate dispute resolution, the system fundamentally preserves the customer's unalienable right to bypass this private channel and post their review to the public platform of their choosing.

Any attempt by a Professional to manipulate the ReviewGlide infrastructure to artificially block negative reviews or violate third-party platform policies will result in immediate termination of the Professional's account and revocation of API access without a refund.

5. Account Termination

ReviewGlide Technologies Inc. reserves the unilateral right to suspend or terminate any Professional's account at our sole discretion, without prior warning, if we suspect a violation of these Terms, potential brand damage, or regulatory non-compliance.

6. Governing Law & Binding Arbitration

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be exclusively resolved by final and binding arbitration located in Vancouver, British Columbia.

7. Intellectual Property & Limited License

The ReviewGlide platform, including its underlying source code, algorithms, user interface designs, ML inference models, "Safety Valve Logic", "Blind Warehouse" infrastructure, and the trademark "ReviewGlide", are the exclusive intellectual property of ReviewGlide Technologies Inc.

License Grant: Professionals are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license strictly to utilize the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for its intended commercial purpose.

Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software provided by ReviewGlide. Any unauthorized reproduction or derivative creation of our proprietary workflows and UX architectures will be met with immediate legal action and claims for damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.
