1. Acceptable Use of Automation

ReviewGlide is designed for genuine service providers. Automated review requests must only be triggered following legitimate commercial interactions. Fraudulent job entries or system manipulation for artificial reputation inflation is strictly prohibited.

2. Professional Responsibility (The "Joe" Clause)

Professionals utilizing the ReviewGlide platform take full responsibility for ensuring they have the legal right to contact their customers. ReviewGlide provides the infrastructure (SMS/WhatsApp Relay), but the professional is the legal "sender" of the initial request.

3. Neutral Utility Proxy & Anti-Gatekeeping Policy

ReviewGlide operates strictly as a "Neutral Utility Proxy." In absolute accordance with the Terms of Service of third-party platforms (including but not limited to Google Maps, Yelp, and Trustpilot), ReviewGlide strictly prohibits the practice of "Review Gating."

Non-Suppression Guarantee: ReviewGlide does not filter, alter, gate, or suppress consumer feedback. While our "Safety Valve™ Logic" may offer displeased customers a direct, private communication channel to the Professional for immediate dispute resolution, the system fundamentally preserves the customer's unalienable right to bypass this private channel and post their review to the public platform of their choosing.

Any attempt by a Professional to manipulate the ReviewGlide infrastructure to artificially block negative reviews or violate third-party platform policies will result in immediate termination of the Professional's account and revocation of API access without a refund.

4. SMS/WhatsApp Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive automated review requests.

• Reply HELP for customer support or contact [JOE_BUSINESS_EMAIL].

5. Intellectual Property & Limited License

The ReviewGlide platform, including its underlying source code, algorithms, user interface designs (e.g., the "Alpine Glider" and "V3 Master" design systems), ML inference models, "Safety Valve™ Logic", "Blind Warehouse" infrastructure, and the trademark "ReviewGlide™", are the exclusive intellectual property of ReviewGlide Inc.

License Grant: Professionals are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license strictly to utilize the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for its intended commercial purpose.

Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software provided by ReviewGlide. Any unauthorized reproduction or derivative creation of our proprietary workflows and UX architectures will be met with immediate legal action and claims for damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.
