ReviewGlide operates as a "Zero-UI" automation platform. We collect specific data points to facilitate the "Magic Match" between service providers and their customers. This includes location signals (GPS, Geofence exit events), messaging metadata, and service-related reviews.

2. The "Blind Warehouse" & Anonymization

We pride ourselves on our "Economic Intelligence" layer. Raw financial data (Revenue Estimates, COGS) is never stored in a way that can be re-identified with an individual customer or job. All signals are processed through our "Blind Warehouse" using SHA-256 pseudonymization and 10% Differential Privacy noise injections.

3. Messaging Compliance

By using ReviewGlide, professionals ("Joe") confirm they have obtained implied or express consent from their customers to receive service-related communications. Customers can opt-out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

4. Third-Party Integrations & SMS Disclosures

We utilize Twilio (for SMS/WhatsApp delivery) and OpenAI (for strategic analysis via the Oracle). Data shared with these partners is strictly limited to what is necessary for service execution.

IMPORTANT: Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
